Getting There

Thankfully, the location is not too far from Adelaide Railway. A brisk 20 minute walk can get anyone where they need to be, though there are buses and trams that can assist along the way.

CROWNE PLAZA ADELAIDE;

The Crowne Plaza Adelaide has offered us 10 rooms at the negotiated rate of $380 per night available for the dates of 28/9/17 until 5/10/17 and will be available for booking from 28/8/17 so long as you go to https://aws.passkey.com/go/a9f94e89.

Of course, the LEC email ( lec@beyondthesunset.org.au ) would need to be notified so we may request more rooms if necessary.

MAYFAIR HOTEL;

The Mayfair Hotel has also offered us a discount of 10% off the Best available rate at the time of booking so long as you use the unique code “RUBY” this discount doesn’t have a due date and can be used indefinitely for the Club.

IBIS ADELAIDE;

We were unable to get a negotiated rate or offer however they did mention the Advance Purchase Rate of their rooms which is valid up to 30 days before the first date of booking! Currently the rooms are estimated (Standard Room) for $148 per night

STAMFORD PLAZA;

Negotiated rate of $229 per night from 29/9/17-3/10/17 for a Premier Park Room, available for booking up to 28/9/17 unless sold out prior. This coming year we are proud to announce that we will be hosting Conclave at the Crown Plaza Hotel.

This 4 star hotel has offered us the use of its ground floor conference rooms. Its location is 16 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide SA 5000 The rooms we have been able to get access to in the Hotel are known as the Grenfell Rooms.

These are a pair of rooms that can be turned into one by removing the divider in the middle. They also have windows that outlook the street, however, we can assure the 5 curtains will be closed for the entire duration of Conclave for the safety and peace of mind of those attending the event.
